We believe that the freshness of the products, their origin and the manner in which they are grown or raised are the basis for a healthy cuisine, with a strong connotation of identity; for this reason, we strive to prepare all our recipes with organic and zero kilometre ingredients whenever possible.
Every ingredient is carefully selected to offer the highest quality cuisine, that is delicious and refined, with a strong character. Fish, meat, fresh pasta and vegetables all preserve their flavour and fragrance, offering a unique pleasure to the palate: a soft, complete and whole taste.
Fish from the Lake
The Glisenti Restaurant offers dishes cooked in the typical, local tradition; indeed, the main ingredient is fish from the lake, delivered daily by local fishermen. The absolute freshness and high-quality of the raw ingredients allows us to offer a rich and adaptable cuisine that, besides drawing from the tradition of Brescia and of the lake, offers dishes that are enriched with fusion influences such as carpaccio, sushi and crudités.
Vegan cuisine
We found a new way to understand cuisine; it’s a vision of taste vision that focuses on the purity of the vegetable origin and on the well-being of the person.
It’s a culinary concept that combines sensory pleasure, health and respect for the ecosystem. These are the main ingredients which lead to a new flavour happiness.
To achieve this result, we use only organic and Italian certificated raw ingredients, and fresh local products, all absolutely vegan.
