Trattoria Glisenti has now become Glisenti Restaurant, evolving while staying true to tradition.
Recently, the Glisenti family’s offering has expanded with the opening of Glisenti Bistro, located next to the restaurant.

Glisenti Restaurant and Glisenti Bistro are located in the heart of Vello di Marone, both overlooking Lake Iseo.

The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner, closed on Wednesday and Thursdays.

Glisenti Restaurant and Glisenti Bistro are two independent venues, both managed by the Glisenti family. They are located next to each other, but their interiors – as well as their menus – are different.

The historic Trattoria Glisenti, now Glisenti Restaurant, continues its tradition of lake-fish dishes and vegan menus in an elegant setting. At the Bistro, you will find a modern atmosphere with sushi and seafood options.

The bistro is open every day for lunch and dinner, closed on Monday and Tuesday.
