A main part of the local agriculture was dedicated to the production of grapes in order to make wine, primarily for family and local consumption and not for general sale. Therefore, bottling was not always necessary and the product was even more valuable in the past.
Today, local producers have instead created cellars and important production facilities to save time in producing the local wine. The bottles are even dipped in the local waters of the lake for special refinement.
Intelligence and love for the land have yielded excellent results, these wines can be sampled at the table or purchased to enjoy at home with your own recipes as pairings.
