Because of our deep connection to the land and our deep-seated local traditions, we offer dishes produced from local livestock and agriculture, as well as typical homemade Casoncelli.

A way to retrace the gastronomic history of Vallecamonica with its typical preparations, local producers provide us the Silter (IGP valley cheese), loin of Slinzega and local flavored goat cheese.
